Caitríona Perry has signed off for the ultimate time as co-presenter of RTÉ’s Six One Information.
Bidding farewell in her final bulletin, she thanked the viewers and colleagues.

Co-presenter David McCullagh wished Ms Perry effectively, saying: “On behalf of all of us, it has been a pleasure working with you, and we are going to all miss you.”
Ms Perry is leaving RTÉ after nearly 16 years to take up a job within the US.
Beforehand an RTÉ Washington Correspondent, she’s going to return to Washington for a brand new worldwide position as chief presenter with the BBC.
Saying her transfer earlier this month, she mentioned it was actually onerous to say goodbye, and that she was leaving with a “mixture of disappointment and pleasure”.
