Tallaght Garda Station has reopened after earlier being evacuated and closed to the general public.
The incident started after gardaí arrested a male within the space this night. On arrival again on the station, gardaí mentioned an inspection of a bag within the man’s possession “indicated contents of concern”.
As a precaution, they known as within the Irish Defence Forces Explosive Ordnance Disposal and a few roads within the space had been closed.
